How do customers apply? close
Just call 1300 46 1113. We'll put you in touch with friendly loan consultants will complete a confidential credit interview with the customer.

An initial approval can be provided over the phone and a ready to sign form will be sent to you..

What will customers be asked? close
Customers will need their drivers licence or other identification and be ready to answer questions about where they work, what they earn and what other things they have to pay for each month.

They may need to provide us with recent payslips or other proof of income.

We will require the customers’ consent to conduct a credit check through Baycorp Advantage.

What’s the interest rate? close
The interest rate depends on the product being purchased, whether or not there are special programs being offered at the time, and the amount being borrowed.

The customer can ask the loan consultant during their interview, or get the retailer to source a quote from Fundcorp.

Can customers cancel or terminate their loan agreement early? close
Yes, loans can be paid out any time.

Some fees and charges may apply, and these will be clearly shown in the loan contract.

How do customers change their banking details? close

Simply download and print a copy of the direct debit form by clicking here , or just call Fundcorp1300 854 954 and ask one of our customer service representatives to send one out to you.


Send the completed form with a copy of the bank statement or personalised deposit slip showing the new banking details to us either by:

Note: Customers should give Fundcorp 5 working days from receipt of their form to make the change (assuming all the details are correct).

How do customers arrange to make late payments? close

If a customer has missed a payment date, they should contact Fundcorp immediately on 1300 854 954. A customer service representative will arrange a date to process the payment with the customer.

Be aware that Direct Debits take a minimum of 72 hours to process, so with less than 72 hours notice, Fundcorp cannot guarantee that the arrangement will avoid any fees incurred from when the original payment date was missed.
